William is a 4th year medical student at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He received a B.S. in Chemistry Education from New York University, and a M.S. in Biological and Physical Sciences from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has had experience teaching middle school and high school science, as well as mentoring students in applying to college. Before medical school he worked in clinical research at New York University’s Multiple Sclerosis Center. He was also an EMT in New York City for 6 years. He is interested in pursuing a career in Emergency Medicine. He is passionate about pre-hospital medicine and EMS education. He hopes to make advancements in the care of patients with psychiatric illnesses in the pre-hospital setting. Outside of medicine he enjoys cooking, traveling, and anything that involves aviation, including flying airplanes and aviation photography.
