Ranuka (Ranu) Sinniah is a 4th year medical student at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He grew up in Grand Rapids, MI and completed a B.S. in Biochemistry at Calvin University in 2015. He has been immersed in biomedical research since college as an NSF-REU scholar, NIH-CRTA postbaccalaureate prior to medical school, and most recently as a NIH Medical Research Scholars Program Fellow. He is an aspiring internist and clinician-scientist, passionate about creating innovative MedEd modalities and creating pipelines for minorities in biomedical science. He loves creating spicy pescatarian dishes, hiking across mountains and rivers, and attending all the concerts he can (Above and Beyond for life!)
