A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Jonathan identifies as a fan of recycling, Stumptown Coffee, and America's National Parks. He is an alumnus of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), where he worked on developing PET radiotracers for imaging neurodegenerative diseases. Jonathan is now an MD/PhD student in the University of Pennsylvania MSTP, where he is planning his graduate studies in Pharmacology. His favorite part of the MD/PhD admissions process was meeting his peers and classmates, and he is excited to help applicants share their story through Project Short!
