Eileen Chen is a first year medical student at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, she received her B.S. in Biomedical Science with a Certification in Biomedical Research at Texas A&M University, where she spent 3 years in the Michael E. Debakey Cardiovascular Research Lab. After graduating, she took a gap year and worked as a scribe at an interventional pain clinic before matriculating into medical school. Eileen is currently researching diabetic neuropathy and is passionate about assisting current and future applicants with the challenging and intimidating process of medical school applications.
