Abraar Muneem is a Maryland native who received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and is currently a medical student at the Penn State College of Medicine. Prior to medical school, Abraar worked as a medical scribe and currently remains involved with multiple non-profit organizations in the community. He has served various roles as a tutor and mentor and places great emphasis on efforts to reduce gaps in educational accessibility. In his free time, Abraar enjoys playing and watching sports (basketball, football), hiking, photography, and investing.
