Wei-Ming Kao is an international PhD student in the Neuroscience program at Johns Hopkins University. His research interest focuses on studying molecular mechanisms behind the development of the nervous system and relative diseases to target potential treatments. Wei-Ming graduated from Chung Shan Medical University, Taiwan with an M.D. degree. With a clinical background, he dedicated himself to the basic research field and studied the molecular pathogenesis of Malformation of Cortical Development (MCD) at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan where he graduated with an M.S. degree.
