Tiffany is a first-year Clinical Psychology Ph.D. student at Arizona State University. After completing her bachelor's in Economics at the University of California, San Diego, she went on to pursue her master's in Quantitative Methods at Vanderbilt University. At Vanderbilt, Tiffany's research focused on using statistical methods to explore the longitudinal influence of parent-child relationships on adolescent depression. As a Ph.D. student, her research aims to explore how family environments and genetics influence the development of psychopathology. Specifically, she is interested in the role of parenting practices in these environments and understanding how promoting positive practices may buffer negative effects for those predisposed to harmful developmental pathways.
