Sara is a PhD student at UCSD’s Biomedical Sciences program and is interested in studying cancer biology and gene therapy. She received her B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley in 2021. While at Berkeley she studied aging and age related disease in the Dr. Andrew Dillin lab. When she is not in the lab she enjoys hiking, running and trying new Trader Joe's products.
