Sally Hang received her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Psychology (with a research emphasis in Behavioral Neuroscience) from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. After graduation, she lectured on various topics in Psychology for a few years at Cal Poly Humboldt. She is currently enrolled in a Developmental Psychology Ph.D. program at University of California, Davis. Her research focuses on investigating the biopsychosocial factors that impact development—particularly: bilingual speech and language patterns in ethnic minorities, stress, and poverty. Before becoming a mentor, Sally was a Project SHORT mentee.
