Peony Wong is a second year clinical psychology doctoral program at Sam Houston State University with a concentration in forensic psychology. Her research interests are in forensic assessments and evaluations, specifically psychopathy, risk assessment, and competency to stand trial. After receiving help from mentors on Project Short, she was able to succeed in her first application cycle and hopes to return the favor and help others as well. Outside of research, she enjoys hosting book club, going to aerial yoga, and being a pet mom to her dog and cat.
