Ona Ambrozaite

Ona Ambrozaite is a Ph.D. student in Chemistry at Johns Hopkins University. Ona finished her B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Vermont, where she graduated summa cum laude at the top of her class. While at the University of Vermont, Ona studied sequence-defined polymers and details of mesosynthesis. Ona also participated in the Amgen Scholars Program where she conducted research at Kyoto University and the following summer had a chance to research supramolecular complexes in Strasbourg, France. At Johns Hopkins University, Ona is also involved in the Graduate Representative Organization (GRO) as the Graduate Involvement Chair. In her graduate work, Ona is interested in materials chemistry, nanoscience, and quantum information science. Besides research, Ona is an avid watercolorist, reader, and explorer of the unique places in Maryland.
