She/her/hers

Noelle is a third-year student in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Miami (UM). She completed her B.A. in Psychology & Criminology, then worked at Florida International University for a year in a lab that examined how racial, gender, and sexual minorities are treated in the workplace and in social contexts. Then she worked at UM for two years in the lab she still works in, the Health Promotion and Care (HPAC) lab. Research and clinical work in this lab focuses on HIV treatment and prevention, trying to develop ways to best address psychological issues in communities affected by HIV to ultimately result in the best health outcomes. Besides engaging in research and clinical work to help her community, Noelle loves baking, advocating for rescue dogs, and taking care of her own rescue dog, Fiona.
