Nico (he/him) is a first-year PhD student in Computing and Mathematical Sciences at Caltech. His research interests lie in studying the structure, dynamics, and control of complex systems, and particularly systems relevant to problems in energy and sustainability. Prior to starting at Caltech, Nico completed his undergraduate degree in applied mathematics at Harvard. Outside of his studies, he enjoys cooking, running, hiking, and reading.
