She/her/hers

Molly is a third year PhD student in the Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology at San Diego State University and University of California San Diego. She is working towards a concentration in Neuropsychology and an emphasis in Child and Adolescent Psychopathology. Molly’s research focuses on examining neural behavior in adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using two neuroimaging modalities - functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and magnetoencephalography (MEG). Her clinical interests include diagnosing and treating autism spectrum disorder, and working with children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, depression, and other forms of psychopathology. She also has experience with couple’s therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Prior to graduate school, Molly received a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. As an undergrad, Molly worked at Boston Children’s Hospital using neuroimaging to study white matter tract development, at George Washington University where she worked with mouse models of ASD/intellectual disorder, and at Yale University Child Study Center to study early screening of infants and toddlers at-risk for ASD. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her dog Henry, doing yoga, and enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather at the beach.
