Marya Sabir is a PhD student in the National Institutes of Health Oxford-Cambridge Scholars Program. She is dual-mentored at the NIH and Oxford and is focused on improving diagnosis and treatment options for patients suffering with rare diseases, with a specific focus on neurodegenerative conditions. When Marya is not in lab, you’ll find her long-distance running or enjoying a good book.
