Manasa is a PhD candidate in the Institute for Integrated Systems at ETH Zürich, where she started in 2021 after completing her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Waterloo, Canada. Her research interests span solid state and device physics, nanoelectronics, and physical computing. During her Masters and PhD she has been working on modelling nanoscale electronic devices at an atomistic level, and has recently focused on developing realistic models of resistive memories. Outside of research, she enjoys hiking and travelling with friends around Switzerland and the neighbouring countries.
