Kylie (she/her) is a PhD student in Clinical & Health Psychology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Her research interests include communication, decision-making, and family adjustment in the context of pediatric chronic illness. She received her B.S. in Community Health Sciences – Public Health with a minor in Japanese Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2019. After graduation, she worked as a post-baccalaureate research coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where she coordinated multiple projects examining family adjustment to pediatric cancer. In her free time, Kylie enjoys playing video games/board games, going to concerts, and trying out new coffee shops.
