Kortni (she/her) is a third-year school psychology doctoral student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is from the Chicago suburbs and attended the University of Kentucky and majored in Psychology. Her primary research interests center around school-based mental health, involving the development and implementation of school-based interventions and supports for students with internalizing symptoms, such as anxiety and depression. She is also passionate about culturally responsive practices and social justice. She is excited to provide mentorship for students through Project SHORT!
