Katie Tobin is a 3rd year Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Neuropsychology at Georgia State University. Before beginning her doctoral training, she completed her B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology at Johns Hopkins University. She worked as a Research Coordinator in a psychiatric neuroimaging lab at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine that utilized MRI, neuropsychological assessment, and experimental behavioral assessments to study learning and memory before applying to Ph.D. programs. Her research interests include understanding dimensional models of psychopathology as well as individual difference factors that confer risk for developing and maintaining externalizing behaviors.
