​Kathleen Jagodnik, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral fellow at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. She earned her B.S. in Computer Science, Chemistry, Philosophy, and Classical Languages & Literature from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. After completing a postdoctoral research experience at NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, she has been engaged in computational biology and bioinformatics research at Mount Sinai. She enthusiastically supports the cause of Project Short and looks forward to contributing to the advancement of this project's participants.
