Kaavya is a first year PhD student in the Social Psychology Program at The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She recently moved to the US from Bombay and is navigating the academic world as an International student. Her research interests primarily focus on stereotypes and discriminations against minority populations, the impact of these disparities in minority healthcare and is interested in developing interventions for the same. In her free time, she likes to cook and spend time catching up with friends!
