Julia Nicholas is a first-year Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Louisville. Her research aims to understand how body (mis)trust maintains and is maintained by disordered eating and comorbid psychopathology, particularly in individuals with marginalized identities. Julia earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Global Health from Duke University. After graduating from undergrad, she worked for two years in the Duke Eating Disorder Research Lab.
