Hannah is a neuroscientist studying how genes determine the properties of neural circuits that control behavioral choice. She works as a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania. Hannah received her dual bachelor�s degree in neuroscience and philosophy from Scripps College, a women�s college in Claremont, California. She has worked with Philadelphia Public Schools to bring lesson plans about genome editing technology and stem cells into high school biology classrooms. Outside the lab, she is an avid scifi and fantasy reader and loves taking the bus into NYC to catch Broadway shows whenever she can.
