Eric Hsu is a PhD student in the Neuroscience PhD program at Johns Hopkins University, where he studies the role of glia, astrocytes in particular, in the brain. Originally, from Lexington, MA, Eric graduated with a B.A. in Biology at Washington University in St. Louis, where he studied astrocytic degeneration in CTE. Eric is an NSF GRFP recipient, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, where he studies the role of astrocytes and other glia within the brain. Outside of resarch, Eric enjoys playing video games, swimming, and exploring the outdoors.
