Emily is a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Clinical Psychology program at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is an NIH NRSA (F31) fellow. She’s from Atlanta, GA, and received her BA in biology and psychology from Emory University and her MPH from Yale School of Public Health in social and behavioral sciences. She is currently a member of the Center for Prevention Implementation Methodology lab in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and her research interests are implementation science, behavioral health integration in primary care, and psychosocial factors of obesity. Her clinical focus is behavioral medicine. Emily is very grateful for all the mentorship she received from graduate students as a pre-grad and is passionate about mentorship, providing support, and paying it forward. In her free time, she enjoys taking walks, gardening and accidentally binging on The Real Housewives.
