Emily graduated with her BA in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2020. She graduated from DePaul University with her Master of Science in Psychology in 2022 and completed a thesis examining the role of sleep quantity on externalizing behaviors and the mediating influence of inhibition in racially and ethnically diverse adolescents. Emily is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of North Texas working with Dr. Danica Slavish. Her research interests broadly involve sleep in child and pediatric populations. Her current research focuses on assessing child sleep disparities, socioecological predictors of sleep health, and measure development. Clinically, Emily is interested in treating sleep disorders, eating disorders, and OCD. In her free time, Emily loves reading, making cards, going for walks, and watching TV.
