Emily is a Social Psychology Ph.D. student in the Psychology & Neuroscience Department at the University of Colorado Boulder. She’s working under the guidance of Dr. Tiffany Ito in the Social Neuroscience lab. She previously obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arcadia University. Her research interests primarily focus on stereotyping and prejudice, especially for women in STEM. Her research aims to address barriers for women in STEM not only at the student level but at the professor level as well. Outside of research, she enjoys playing with her two dogs, going on hikes with her partner, and paddleboarding.
