Elliott is currently a predoctoral psychology trainee in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at the University of Miami. He earned his undergraduate degrees from the Kilachand Honors College at Boston University in Psychology and Art History as well as a Masters in Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health. At the University of Miami, Elliott�s research focuses on the intersection between aging, HIV/AIDS, and sexual/gender minority health with a specific emphasis on syndemic theory and how various psychosocial factors interact together to increase HIV risk among marginalized groups. Additionally, Elliott�s explores how various structural and psychosocial factors affect HIV-related health outcomes among older adults with HIV in the greater Miami area.
