Danielle (she/her) is a sixth-year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Tulsa and the Laureate Institute for Brain Research in Tulsa, OK. Her research focuses on the neurobiological, behavioral, interoceptive, and psychosocial correlates of suicidal thoughts and behaviors. She is particularly interested in the problem of adolescent suicide and the application of neuroimaging (e.g., fMRI) and machine learning to the study of suicide and mental health. Danielle grew up in the Washington, DC area and received a BS in psychology from the University of Mary Washington, where her research focused on psychophysiology, interoception, and disordered eating.
