Christian is a 1st year Psychological Science (Social/Personality) Ph.D. student at the University of California, Irvine. His primary research interests revolve around the intersectionality of morality and political ideology as drivers of various intergroup conflicts. Specifically, how these factors influence our attitudes, behaviors, and how we process information. Through his research, Christian aims to expand upon methods for bridging social divides, fostering civility in political discourse, and making research more easily accessible/understandable for non-academic audiences. Outside of academia, Christian enjoys sports (both playing and watching), weightlifting, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and occasionally being "chronically online" (i.e., social media).
